I am an artist based in Ohio, but from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2019 with a BFA focused in bronze casting. From there I moved to Cincinnati, Ohio with my partner for a job at a bronze foundry; I subsequently worked at a screen-printing studio, then an art museum. After buying a house and moving out of Cincinnati, I free-lanced as an art handler for a state-wide ceramics exhibit. I have since gradually accumulated various self-employment opportunities, including several painting commissions and a contract to illustrate a book. Now that I have paid off my student loans, I am focused on doing everything I can to grow as a professional artist and save up to hire a foundry to cast my sculpture portfolio.
